General Terms of Sale

The company DELL’ERBA SRL reserves the right to accept the order. The acceptance is automatic, unless otherwise communicated to the customer.
PRICES
The prices quoted are ex-works and includes italian VAT. If you are a distributor and you a valid European VAT ID you can request a refund of VAT to our tax office
The cost of transportation is extra and will be calculated automatically by the system at the time of the order, on the basis of the destination of the goods. The total amount, including freight costs, will be shown at the time of payment.
PAYMENT
We accept payments via bank transfer or via credit card online. If you choose the bank transfer, the goods will only be sent upon receipt of payment.
SHIPPING COSTS
The transport rates are calculated at the time of the order on the basis of the place of destination.
The goods ordered will be delivered by courier. In case of absence of the recipient the courier left a notice, and the costumer must contact him briefly to arrange the delivery.
The buyers should check in their own interests, the integrity of the package received before accept the goods. Any loss or damage, even partial, must be contested to the carrier and to our office quickly.
We do not accept claims made after 8 calendar days after shipment.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
The customer must verify the use of the product, taking any risk or liability arising from its use.
After 10 days from delivery of the goods we will not accept any claims.
Returns must always be previously authorized by us and shipped at costumer expense.
Returns will only be accepted in original packaging, intact and complete.
Replacement under warranty will happen only if authorized by the manufacturer.
In case of returns by private citizens they have the right of withdrawal as per Law..
DELIVERY TIME (PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY)
About 10/15 working days for deliveries of available material.
In the event that a product is not available you will be promptly notified of the delivery date. If a product is no longer available, the amount paid will be refunded by bank transfer.
